NW Ringette Vision
NW Ringette strives to develop young athletes in their ringette and life skills through competition, teamwork and fair play as well as foster their lifelong enjoyment of the sport.
NW Ringette Mission Statement
To provide support and leadership to all NW Ringette athletes, coaches and families. NW Ringette will develop and promote sportsmanship, friendship and a strong sense of community. NW Ringette will strive to provide current and applicable best practices, policies and structure to ensure fair opportunities are provided to all athletes, coaches, association members and the community.

Guiding Principles of the NW Ringette Board
- Adhere to the policy, procedures and bylaws of NW Ringette.
- Foster an environment of collaboration, teamwork, respect and positivity by actively seeking and recognizing alternative viewpoints through open communication.
- Strive to ensure all players are placed on teams that are balanced, competitive, appropriate, and above all, respectful and fun.
- Encourage the development of athletes and coaches through education, mentorship, and training opportunities.

NW Ringette Policies and Procedures
The Northwest Calgary Ringette Society (NWCR or Northwest) has Policies and Procedures to serve as a guideline for all members of the Society. These Policies and Procedures are intended to be used in complement to the Northwest Calgary Ringette Society Bylaws and the playing rules of Ringette Canada and Ringette Alberta.
Any changes to the Policies and Procedures are to be approved by the majority of the Northwest Board of Directors.
