At NW Ringette Association, we understand the pivotal role coaches play in the development and success of our athletes. That's why we're proud to introduce our Coach Mentor Program, designed to support and enhance the coaching experience for our dedicated volunteers.
Our Coach Mentor Program pairs experienced and knowledgeable mentors with coaches at all levels, from beginner to advanced. These mentors provide guidance, support, and valuable feedback to help coaches improve their skills, develop effective coaching strategies, and create a positive and rewarding experience for their players.
Mentor Matching: Coaches are matched with a mentor based on their experience level, coaching style, and specific areas for growth and development.
Regular Meetings: Mentors and coaches meet regularly throughout the season to discuss game plans, practice drills, player development strategies, and any challenges or concerns the coach may be facing.
On-Ice Support: Mentors are available to attend practices and games, offering real-time feedback and support to coaches as they work with their teams.
Professional Development: Our Coach Mentor Program provides coaches with access to valuable resources, workshops, and training opportunities to help them continuously improve their coaching skills and knowledge.
Personalized Support: Receive one-on-one guidance and support from experienced coaching mentors tailored to your individual needs and goals.
